Traditional Scottish Haggis, Made in Scotland
Made in Scotland using the finest ingredients and traditional recipes, Stahly Haggis brings the authentic taste of Scotland to your table, wherever you are.
Our Story
The Stahly family name has been associated with quality food since 1923, when Fred Stahly Snr. opened his butcher shop in Kirkcaldy High Street, Fife. Their son, Fred Jnr and his wife, Ann, took over the shop in 1968, quickly expanding to include manufacturing and wholesale of meat products, pies, haggis and black pudding.
The family tradition continued when his grandson, Ken Stahly, joined the business in 1975. He later developed the unique concept of producing tinned haggis in a skin, combining a traditional Scottish product with the convenience of easy transportation and a long shelf life without refrigeration.
Since 1994, Stahly Quality Foods has been supplying award-winning Scottish haggis around the world, with our haggis enjoyed across all five continents.
